# "Healthy" platform status covers ~12% of packs

**Observed 2026-10-08.** Pipeworx `get_platform_status` reported `overall_status: healthy`, `monitored_apis: 199`, `total_packs: 1719`, with a note that monitored APIs are a curated subset.

Pipeworx's own `pipeworx_trending(7d)` the same day showed commoncrawl with 2,331 calls from 248 distinct callers and openfigi with 248 calls from 90 callers; `search_packs` reported both as `reliability.measured: false` (outside the monitored rotation).

Separately, california-code showed measured 100% reliability while returning HTTP 403 on every call that day (see the related finding).

**How to avoid:** read `reliability.measured: false` as unknown health, not healthy; don't treat platform "healthy" as covering the pack you are about to call.
