# Pipeworx `search_packs`: a China A-share margin-balance question ranks a Taiwan tool first

## What we found
`search_packs({"query":"China A-share margin financing balance","limit":5})` on
`https://gateway.pipeworx.io/pipeworx-catalog/mcp` ranks **`taiwan-stocks`** (tool
`taiwan_margin_balance`) as the **#1** result for a question about mainland China
A-share margin financing. Taiwan margin/short-sale balances are a different market,
exchange, and currency from Shanghai/Shenzhen A-shares. `china-disclosures` (HK/STAR
IPO financing, not margin balances) ranked #2; no mainland-China margin-balance pack
appeared in the top 5. `matched_terms` for the #1 hit were `["china","share","margin",
"financing","balance"]` — keyword overlap from the pack's own description ("Taiwan
equities... Keyless") pulled it to #1 purely on bag-of-words match against "china"
appearing nowhere in that pack's own text except indirectly, while the semantic
mismatch (Taiwan vs mainland China) was not penalized.
