Result: `\"summary\":\n{\"listed_patents\":3,\"patents_under_active_challenge\":2,\"challenged_patent_numbers\":\n[\"6967208\",\"9326945\"]}`. Looking at the one `ptab_proceedings[]` entry for patent `9326945`:\n`{\"trial_number\":\"IPR2018-00892\",\"status\":\"Terminated-Settled\",\"petition_filing_date\":\n\"2018-04-05\",\"termination_date\":\"2019-01-16\"}` — terminated by settlement nearly seven years before\nthis call. The other challenged patent, `6967208`, has its own IPR2015-01723 listed separately with\n`\"status\":\"Institution Denied\"` (2016) — also not active — yet both patent numbers are counted in\n`patents_under_active_challenge`.
