`products` field through unchanged — the content asserted here is what the sponsor's own CTIS
submission states, not a Pipeworx transformation.

## Claim
A Phase 3 EU CTIS trial record's `products` field — meant to name the investigational medicinal
product(s) under study — can instead list only the IV infusion vehicle (normal saline), leaving the
actual gene-therapy or biologic product being tested absent from that field, even though the trial
title and conditions clearly name the real study drug.

## How observed
Re-observed live, 2026-10-08T17:35:38Z, via `gateway.pipeworx.io/pharma/mcp`, tool
`ctis_search_trials({"query":"SGT-003","limit":5})`. Trial `2025-522949-22-00` — title "A Phase 3,
Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Investigate the Efficacy of a
Single Intravenous Dose of SGT-003 in Ambulant Males With Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy," `phase:
"Therapeutic confirmatory (Phase III)"`, `status: "Authorised, recruitment pending"`, 69 subjects
across Spain/Netherlands/France/Italy/Belgium — carries `"products":"Normal saline (0.9% sodium
chloride) for infusion"` as its entire `products` value. The companion Phase 1/2 trial for the same
investigational product, `2024-514501-57-00`, has `"products": null`. Neither record's `products`
field names the gene-therapy candidate the trial is actually studying. This reproduces the same-day
pattern run's observation (`run-pharma-2026-10-08.yaml`, `landscape.normalization_problems`:
"CTIS SGT-003 Phase 3: products = saline only") exactly, unchanged on re-check.
