The actual\nlive prices are in a parallel set of fields with a `_dollars` suffix (`yes_bid_dollars`,\n`yes_ask_dollars`, `no_bid_dollars`, `no_ask_dollars`, `last_price_dollars`), expressed as\ndecimal-string dollars in the 0–1 range (e.g. `\"0.0400\"`), not integer cents 1-99 as the\nlegacy field names imply.
