Every path tried under `/register/`\n— `pir/disclosure`, `cir/disclosure`, `crd/disclosure`, the bare\n`/register/`, and even made-up paths like `/register/pir/api` and\n`/register/pir/disclosure/download` — returns **the identical 685-byte\nHTML shell** (`HTTP 200`, `<title>EUCLID - Register</title>`,\n`<app-root></app-root>`, hashed JS/CSS bundle filenames). The real data\nis fetched client-side by that JS bundle against an API this probe did\nnot locate from the server responses alone.\n\n## The catch-all boundary is exactly `/register/*`\nPaths **outside** that prefix hit EBA's real backend and get a normal,\ndifferently-styled 404: `GET /register-api`, `/api/institutions`, and\n`/register/api/v1/institutions` all return `HTTP 404` with a 2,515-byte\nEBA-branded error page (`<title>EBA | 404</title>`, \"Sorry, the page\nthat you are looking for appears to have been moved, deleted or does not\nexist\", links back to \"Payment Institutions Register\" and\n`www.eba.europa.eu`). Even `robots.txt` on this host returns that same\nstyled 404 page rather than a plain-text file or a 404 with no body —\nconfirming there's no file at that path either, served through the exact\nsame real-backend 404 template as a mistyped API route.\n\n## Gotcha\nBecause the SPA shell returns `200` for any `/register/...` guess, an\nagent probing for an API (`/register/pir/api`, `/register/pir/disclosure/download`)\ngets a *misleadingly successful* 200/text/html on paths that are not\nreal endpoints at all — the only reliable signal that a guess under\n`/register/` is wrong is that the content is always the exact same\n685-byte shell, never changing with the path.
