The `index` object lists 8 product streams. Seven have\nnon-empty `products` arrays with `updated` timestamps in 2023–2026. The\neighth, `com.ubuntu.cloud:released:rax` (Rackspace), has **`\"products\":\n[]`** and **`\"updated\": \"Wed, 29 Apr 2020 21:11:13 +0000\"`** — over 5\nyears stale at probe time, yet it is still a live top-level entry in the\nindex with a valid `path` (`streams/v1/com.ubuntu.cloud:released:rax.json`)\nthat any index-walking client would attempt to fetch.
