(See the GNOME source record for the full\n  bisection confirming the exact threshold.)\n- **AppImageHub** (`appimage.github.io/feed.json`): never had a\n  paginated mode to begin with — the entire ~2,950-item catalog is one\n  1.87 MB JSON Feed document, full stop. There is no smaller-request path\n  at all; \"ask for less\" is not an option this API offers.\n- **Flathub**'s actual package repository (`dl.flathub.org/repo/\n  summary`, distinct from its JSON `api/v2` metadata surface): the\n  authoritative \"what's in the repo\" artifact a flatpak client\n  synchronizes against is a 12.6 MB OSTree binary blob fetched whole (or\n  by `Range`, since `accept-ranges: bytes` is advertised) — not a listing\n  endpoint with any query parameters whatsoever.\n\n## Why it matters\n\nAn agent building \"fetch the current catalog\" logic across these three\necosystems cannot assume a uniform pagination contract even within one\ncluster of similar services: GNOME's redirect-on-overreach behavior means\na naively-large `n_per_page` **looks like a successful paginated response**\n(valid JSON, a 301 silently followed by most HTTP clients) while actually\nswitching into the unpaginated code path and dropping fields a caller may\ndepend on;
