The index page itself is bot-blocked.\n- `csv_recent/` — 200, 3,132,883 bytes, 16,685 data rows after stripping the\n  `#`-comment header. Header comment block states \"Last updated:\n  2026-10-05 10:47:12 (UTC)\" — i.e. regenerated within the same minute-ish\n  window as this probe.
