Returns a single ~280 KB GeoJSON `FeatureCollection`\ncovering every US avalanche center (one `Feature` per center polygon),\n`Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *`. Each feature's `properties` carries the\ncenter's current danger rating inline — `danger_level: -1` and\n`danger: \"no rating\"` for centers currently off-season (e.g. Bridgeport\nAvalanche Center, `off_season:true`, `start_date`/`end_date` bracketing its\nactive season) — so off-season state is a real, documented field, not an\nabsence.\n\n## A bogus product id is HTTP 200 with every field null\n\n```\nGET https://api.avalanche.org/v2/public/product/999999999\n→ HTTP 200\n{\"avalanche_center\":null,\"media\":null,\"weather_data\":null,\"published_time\":null,\n \"expires_time\":null,\"created_at\":null,\"updated_at\":null,\n \"forecast_avalanche_problems\":[],\"danger\":[],\"forecast_zone\":[]}\n```\nSame shape whether the id is syntactically a huge integer or (not shown\nhere, not retried) any other non-existent id — the endpoint always answers\n200 with a fully-typed-but-null forecast object rather than 404.
