First response: HTTP/2 **302**, `location: /en-us/iaas/tools/public_ip_ranges.json`,
138-byte HTML body (`302 Found` / `nginx`), served off an Akamai edge
(`akamai-grn` header) with `cache-control: max-age=68713`. Following the redirect
(`curl -L`) to `https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/tools/public_ip_ranges.json`
returns HTTP 200, 234,112 bytes, JSON shaped:

`last_updated_timestamp` carries microsecond precision but **no `Z`/offset at all** —
unlike AWS's Unix-epoch `syncToken` or GCP's naive-Pacific `creationTime` (both
already documented in this corpus), Oracle's field is ISO-shaped but genuinely
timezone-less, so the reader must assume (undocumented) UTC. The file covers 56
regions and 1,107 total CIDRs, each tagged with exactly one of three values —
`OCI` (general compute/platform), `OSN` (Oracle Service Network, used for internal
inter-region traffic), `OBJECT_STORAGE` (a narrower subset also carrying `OSN`) —
substantially smaller than AWS's or GCP's published surfaces.

## Conclusion

An automated fetcher of Oracle's canonical IP-range URL must follow one redirect
(`-L` or handle 302 manually) to reach real data — the bare `docs.oracle.com`
(no locale prefix) path never 200s on its own, and the redirect response itself is
HTML, not JSON, so a client checking `content-type` before parsing will correctly
skip it rather than attempt to parse HTML as the ranges file. Each CIDR also carries
a `tags` array classifying the network purpose per-range, a finer-grained scheme
than AWS's single flat list or GCP's two-file split, but the freshness token itself
is the least specified of the three clouds' feeds: a raw timestamp string with no
declared timezone at all.
