So the\nnull-`NumericValue` behavior in Probe 2 is not a blanket GHO quirk — it's **per-indicator**:\n`SA_0000001462` never populates `NumericValue`, `SA_0000001688` always does, and nothing in\nthe `/api/Indicator` listing (Probe 1) flags which behavior a given one of the 279 alcohol\nindicators will have.
