Every item's\n`date_published` (unix seconds) decodes to **2021-10-27 through 2021-10-29** — today is\n2026-10-05. The endpoint named `recent` is five years stale, with no error, no warning field,\nand a `200` that looks indistinguishable from a healthy, current response.\n\n```\ncurl \"https://healthycanadians.gc.ca/recall-alert-rappel-avis/api/recent/en?cat=1\"\n```\nHTTP 200, same 13,053 bytes, same 15 stale 2021 items — the `cat` filter (valid keys seen\nelsewhere in the response shape: `ALL`/`FOOD`/`VEHICLE`/`HEALTH`/`CPS`) is accepted but doesn't\nchange the staleness; it's the same frozen snapshot regardless of category.\n\n## 2.
