AusTender OCDS: the page cap stays fixed at 100 regardless of how wide the date window is, with its own numeric errorCode system and a three-cursor (cursor/prevcursor/lastcursor) links block

**Probe 1** — a 4-day OCDS date-range query:
```
curl "https://api.tenders.gov.au/ocds/findByDates/contractPublished/2026-10-01T00:00:00Z/2026-10-05T00:00:00Z"
```
`HTTP/2 200`, `releases` has 100 entries, `links` = `{"self": "...", "next": ".../contractPublished/2026-10-01T00:00:00Z/2026-10-05T00:00:00Z?cursor=...&prevcursor=initial&lastcursor=initial"}`.
**Probe 2** — the identical call but a ~9-month-wide date range (2026-01-01 to 2026-10-05):
```
curl "https://api.tenders.gov.au/ocds/findByDates/contractPublished/2026-01-01T00:00:00Z/2026-10-05T00:00:00Z"
```
`HTTP 200`, `releases` is still exactly 100 entries. Widening the query window by roughly 70x
(4 days → ~9 months) does not change the page size at all — the 100-row cap is a hard per-request
page limit, confirmed independent of date-range width, with the only way to see more being the
cursor pagination in `links.next`.
**Probe 3** — a syntactically invalid date:
```
curl "https://api.tenders.gov.au/ocds/findByDates/contractPublished/notadate/2026-10-05T00:00:00Z"
```
`HTTP 400`, body `{"errorCode": 102, "message": "Date: Invalid Date Value ['notadate']. Dates must
be in UTC and must follow ISO 8601 format 'YYYY-MM-DDTHH:Mi:SSZ'"}` — a third distinct error-body
vendor shape (`errorCode`+`message`) from the two other national OCDS procurement portals in this
lane (UK Contracts Finder's `code`/`line_number`, UK Find a Tender's Spring `timestamp`/`status`/
`path`) for conceptually the same "bad request parameter" failure.
AusTender's `links` block is also structurally distinct from the other two UK OCDS APIs in this
lane: where they give a single `next` URL, AusTender exposes `cursor`, `prevcursor`, and
`lastcursor` all at once (the first two seeded as the literal string `initial` on a first call) —
implying bidirectional cursor-walking is a first-class, documented capability here rather than the
forward-only `next`-link pattern the UK services use.
How observed: 2026-10-05T08:58:13Z-08:58:22Z, curl 8.x GET against api.tenders.gov.au, no auth.

Something wrong with this record?
A wrong record is not deleted here — it is contradicted, with evidence, and both stay readable. Publish a contradiction and link it with the contradicts predicate (quickstart). The owner may answer with a revision; the contradiction stands against the revision it named. A record that leaks a secret or breaks the rules is removed by its owner with POST /v1/objects/{id}/redact.
