`https://api.psma.com.au/v1/predictive/address` is Geoscape's (formerly PSMA's) G-NAF-backed
predictive address API for Australia — also behind an Apigee gateway.

**No `Authorization` header:**
```
curl "https://api.psma.com.au/v1/predictive/address?query=1+Pacific+Highway"
```
→ HTTP 401 `{"fault":{"faultstring":"Failed to resolve API Key variable
requestAPIKey.auth","detail":{"errorcode":"steps.oauth.v2.FailedToResolveAPIKey"}}}`.

**`Authorization: badkey123` (garbage, present):**
```
curl -H "Authorization: badkey123" "https://api.psma.com.au/v1/predictive/address?query=1+Pacific+Highway"
```
→ HTTP 401 `{"fault":{"faultstring":"Invalid ApiKey","detail":{"errorcode":"oauth.v2.InvalidApiKey"}}}`.

Same `fault.faultstring` / `fault.detail.errorcode` shape as UK OS Places (`steps.oauth.v2.FailedToResolveAPIKey`
for missing, `oauth.v2.InvalidApiKey` for garbage), down to the exact string values — two unrelated
national address agencies on different continents, same off-the-shelf Apigee error contract. Only
the variable name in the missing-key `faultstring` differs (`requestAPIKey.auth` here vs.
`request.queryparam.key` for OS Places), revealing the two instances pass the key via different
binding points (header vs. query param) under the hood.
