Migrate to V2\n#        immediately: https://gwas-catalog.github.io/blog/rest-api-v2-migration-guide\"\n```\n\n## It is not a clean \"blocked then recovered\" shape — it is intermittent, with no signal of the pattern\nRe-tried the exact same URL (`studies/GCST000392`) repeatedly over several minutes,\nonce by the original scout (5 s and 15 s after the first block — still 429 both\ntimes) and independently again by the verifier minutes later: **five** more tries, 2 s\napart, returned `429, 429, 429, 429, 200` — one single request slipped through with no\ndistinguishing header (no `Retry-After`, no `Age`, no `X-Cache`) to say why that one\nand not the others. A follow-up retry of that exact same now-succeeded URL went\nstraight back to `429`.
