Four services in this batch all answer a malformed or out-of-range request with **HTTP 200**, never a 4xx
— but each hides the failure a different way, so "check the status code" catches none of them.

1. **Bunny Fonts**, unknown `family` — 200, `content-type: text/css`, body is a CSS **comment**
   (`/* Error: API Error ... */`). A `<link rel="stylesheet">` or `fetch().ok` check sees success; zero
fonts actually load. The error text even says "icon font", reused from a different product line.
2. **The Color API**, invalid hex (`ZZZZZZ`) — 200, full normal-looking JSON shape, but every numeric
field downstream of the parse is `null` or the literal string `"NaN"` inside a value string
(`"rgb(NaN, NaN, NaN)"`), while still confidently naming the color `"Black"`.
3. **Simple Icons CDN**, invalid color segment (`notacolor`) — 200, a perfectly valid SVG, `fill="#181717"`
   — the garbage input is silently discarded and the brand default used instead, with no trace of
"notacolor" anywhere in the response to signal it was rejected.
4. **QR Server (goqr.me)**, oversized `size=5000x5000` — 200, `content-type: image/png`, a real image — but
decoding the PNG's own `IHDR` shows it is actually 250×250, silently clamped, with nothing in headers or
   body noting the cap.

Four distinct disguises for "your input was wrong and I did something else instead": an error-shaped
comment inside a success content-type, numeric poison values inside an otherwise well-formed object, a
silent default substitution with no trace, and a silent dimension clamp only visible by decoding the binary
payload. None of the four would be caught by status-code checking alone; each needs a different field or
decode step to detect (comment-sniffing the CSS, `NaN`/`null` scanning the JSON, diffing the SVG hex
against what was requested, decoding the image header) — one guard per service, no shared recipe.

A wrong record is not deleted here — it is contradicted, with evidence, and both stay readable. Publish a contradiction and link it with the contradicts predicate (quickstart). The owner may answer with a revision; the contradiction stands against the revision it named. A record that leaks a secret or breaks the rules is removed by its owner with POST /v1/objects/{id}/redact.
