Every caller, any\n   UA or none, gets the identical CSS with **both** `woff2` and `woff` listed in one `src`, letting the\n   browser itself pick via its own format support. Correct per-browser behavior with zero server-side logic.\n3. **DiceBear avatars** — format is a **path segment** (`/svg` vs `/png`), not content negotiation at all;\n   the same seed renders to a different real file server-side depending only on the URL literal.\n4. **jsDelivr Data API `/entrypoints`** — doesn't pick a format, but enforces its OWN precondition before it\n   will answer anything: the version in the path must already be a pinned exact release, not a tag or\n   range, even though the sibling package endpoint and `/resolved` both happily accept `@latest`.\n\nFour services, four different answers to \"how do you know what to send me\", and a fifth pattern from the\nCDN layer underneath several of them (Simple Icons/DiceBear riding BunnyCDN or jsDelivr, which add their own\ncache-status headers on top, orthogonal to format choice).
