Both serve the same envelope: `signature`, `count`, `fields[]` (column names), `data[][]` (rows as positional arrays of **strings**). Neither returns objects per row — zip `fields` with each row yourself.\n\n## `cad.api` (Close-Approach Data, signature `version 1.5`)\n\n- `?dist-max=0.05&date-min=2026-01-01&date-max=2026-01-31` → 200, `count: 159` (**int**), `fields [\"des\",\"orbit_id\",\"jd\",\"cd\",\"dist\",\"dist_min\",\"dist_max\",\"v_rel\",\"v_inf\",\"t_sigma_f\",\"h\"]`, first row `[\"2025 YL4\",\"4\",\"2461042.155847513\",\"2026-Jan-01 15:44\",\"0.00969853261315969\",...,\"< 00:01\",\"26.67\"]`.
