**Observed 2026-09-25** at `https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/search?q=berlin&format=json&limit=1`.

- **User-Agent suppressed:** HTTP **403**.
- **With a User-Agent:** HTTP **200**.

Nominatim's usage policy also documents a max of ~1 request/second and a valid identifying UA. Observed here: the UA requirement (403 without). The rate limit is documented, not measured here.
